Upon Request, the following documentation will be furnished to the owner or owner's representative at the completion of the project. Supervisor and employee certifications for asbestos abatement work. Documentation that regulatory agencies were notified of the project, where applicable OSHA air monitoring results Clearance air monitoring results, if so contracted. Hauling and disposal chain of custody (Disposal Manifests).
